With home sales increasing in each area on average from 104 to 134 percent, 2016 was strong year in the Oakville/Burlington/Waterdown areas with most areas enjoying double digit growth rates. Lack of inventory is still driving a strong price rise and if your home is presented well and priced appropriately, the increase in value can be significant in just one year.
