Oh, Oakville Detached Properties, what is happening to you!
With sales activity it’s lowest in the last three years with only 142 units sold, we’re still seeing a decline in the average Oakville sales price, with March this year now falling to more than $300,000 compared to 2017! Now to keep this in perspective (Because we all know 2018 pricing was crazy!!!), we’re still seeing a higher average price for detached homes in Oakville than 2016.
How about Oakville Non-detached Properties?
This is a much different story! While still down from the unrealistic pricing of 2017, unit sales is strong for 2018 and typical of previous years. For pricing, we’ve seen an uptick in average sales price, since the beginning of the year, showing a good spring market beginning!
