Just pulled the numbers to see how the market is for Niagara. Is 2018 strong for Niagara?
Price wise, the detached value is fluctuating with no clear direction up or down at this stage. Non-Detached are doing well compared to previous years, but both Detached and Non-Detached Homes are doing well price wise compared to previous years (better than other areas)!
Detached homes sales numbers and non-detached are selling stronger than Hamilton/Burlington activity. It’s still a great time to Buy, and still a strong time to Sell compared to previous years. What does this mean to you?
