How is the market is for Waterdown? Is 2018 still strong?
Price wise, the detached value on average is fluctuating and a bit down from last year, but still doing well. Non-Detached are doing well compared to previous years (except the bubble of 2017), but while Detached Home sales increased, Non-Detached Homes sales declined in the month of April.
Curious how it compares to Burlington areas near Waterdown? Just take a look at the dashed grey line for North West Urban Burlington… With the newer condos/townhomes the non-detached market is a bit stronger, but detached homes are still slightly less than Burlington.
