How did Burlington’s April 2018 market perform?
For Detached homes, Burlington is slow, but sales in both quantity and price are slowly increasing. Price is healthy compared to other areas, not including the bubble of 2017, but sales are off to a slow start, but an upward trend. Other areas are not doing as well, so Burlington is still a good performer.
Non-Detached home pricing is still fluctuating, but sales are growing, so we’re still seeing good performance, in spite of last year’s numbers.
Overall, things are moving slower than previous years, but value is still healthy, it’s just taking longer.
