Fully Detached Homes
- Average Price… Ah, Burlington, you’re awesome…. Always a solid performer, you do get pulled by what the market is doing, but not the wild swings of other areas. Predictably, you’re still on the trend up this summer after the continued recovery from 2017! Burlington is a solid place to own a home, with a predictable growth in value. While neighbouring Oakville is like buying in to “tech stocks” with it’s highs and lows, this rock solid performer always makes me smile with it’s sensibility, maturity and it has everything a family would want! This summer’s been no different….
- Number of Sales The market slowed generally, but it’s still predictable in what we see with year over year performance.
Non-Detached Homes (Semi, Towns, Condo Apartments)
- Average Price is doing well, and continues to remain healthy throughout! No surprise for a city well recognized for it’s offerings, great downtown and beautiful lakefront!
- Number of Sales started slow, but business is growing, and we’re doing much better than this time last year.
The Market in Burlington continues to be a solid performer… Great time to buy or sell in Burlington! Solid investment either way!
